Copley Township is primarily residential, featuring neighborhoods with diverse housing options — from traditional to craftsman, and everything in between. Copley real estate includes a number of rural properties with expansive lots. Fairlawn becomes mostly residential off the West Market corridor, where you will find homes primarily built in the 1970s and 1980s.
